Who am I?

Hey y’all!  I’m Andréa, a mom, stepmom, MiMi, and Christ follower.  I am the oldest of three and the only girl in my family.

Rather like a fairy tale, I am married to the boy I crushed on growing up and  we’ve celebrated seven wedding anniversaries together so far. I have three biological children, four step-children, one daughter-in-law, three sons-in-law, and six granddaughters.

I have a crazy and chaotic life, but I love it (well, most of the time)! I enjoy planning and hosting parties, creating home-cooked meals, losing myself in a good story (especially on the big screen) and exercising (although no one would mistake me for an avid health nut). My husband and I are football enthusiasts and die-hard Navy football fans - we have a son on the team.

My desire is to come alongside you and navigate this tumultuous life of blended families together. It’s intimidating, terrifying and incredibly exciting to begin this adventure with you. I believe that authentically sharing our personal failures, victories, pain and joys, will allow us to encourage one another and build a community of stronger families. We step-moms need each other!
